Diagram parsing - stuck in "pending"

Sofie, it seems to be a load issue in the academy environment - if too many people are parsing diagrams at the same time, the API can get OOM and crashes. However, you can re-start the “pending” jobs again and see if they finish processing

Thank you for your update ​@Michael Tievenow! It can vary a lot, how many uses the environment simultaneously 

I have the same issue. Could you please explain how to re-start the pending job? I tried a second time by uploading the PID file with a different name and following the rest of the instructions, but I got the same result. The job is still pending...

After selecting my PID file parsing job in the filter and executing 'Run parsing' (as shown in the image), the process frequently remains in the 'Pending' state, even after multiple attempts to re-run it. This suggests a potential system defect. I have reported the issue and am now awaiting an update from the technical team.
 

The issue seems to be fixed now, my parsing jobs are completing just fine!

My job also completed after restarting.
