I was checking if i can use the query endpoint (https://api-docs.cognite.com/20230101/tag/Instances/operation/queryContent/) to query data in view using filters on a native timeseries property of that view. in both query explorer as well as data management i observed as such there was no filters supported for native timeseries type property hence wanted to confirm

Since this is more of a Data Modeling question than an explicit Time Series question, I’ll move your question to the general questions community so it has more exposure, and can get responses more quickly.
If you, by “native Time Series properties” are referring to the properties described in the documentation for the Time Series API, like isStep, isString, etc, then at least some of those properties are available as filterable according to the CDM documentation.
