Hi!I was trying out this API: https://pr-ark-codegen-1646.specs.preview.cogniteapp.com/v1.json.html#tag/Instances-(New)/operation/byExternalIdsInstances.When i try to Retrieve a node by external id by giving source details as well, it works fine for a single View-ID pair. But when i try to do for more than one, I’m getting empty response.Example: Say Id1 belongs to View1, and Id2 belongs to View2.Querying with (Sources : View1, items : id1) as well as (Sources : View2, items : id2) gives correct response as expected. But when I try (Sources : [View1,View2], items : [id1,id2]), i get empty response. I was hoping it would provide information on both Id1 and Id2

Hi Team, I want to change the message for the custom extractor’s run history message by python sdk. Right now, message says “successful shutdown” after successfully running the extractor, but I want to change it with how many datapoints are uploading and in how much time.I tried to do it by following methods:By using abstract class Extractor in our code to overwrite the _report_success method’s message. 2.By using this method cognite.extractorutils.util.add_extraction_pipeline(extraction_pipeline_ext_id: str, cognite_client: CogniteClient, heartbeat_waiting_time: int = 600, added_message: str = '') 3. By using below class too:cclient.data_classes.extractionpipelines.ExtractionPipeline(id: int | None = None, external_id: str | None = None, last_message: str | None = None) There is no way of passing the custom message here in my knowledge if it’s there let me know!And is there any way to pass logs in extraction pipeline?

Hello, I am trying to use “Filter time series” or “List time series” endpoints. However, because of 1000 limit, I need to parallelize these calls as I would like to retrieve thousands of timeseries. The challenge I am facing is the pagination used in these endpoints which is based on id of timeseries. Is there a way to use index as pagination?
Hello, I am trying to create a row instance in my data model that references multiple other types, via the REST API.I can do that fine with single relatioships, but when I get the ErrorCannot ingest into a connection property: supportingCast in view 'Film:Actor/xxxxxxxxxxx'.when I try an array of types like this:{ "externalId": "Oppenheimer", "space": "imdb", "lead": { "externalId": "CillianMurphy", "space": "imdb" }, "supportingCast": [ { "externalId": "EmilyBlunt", "space": "imdb" }, { "externalId": "RobertDowneyJr", "space": "imdb" } ]}The supportingCast property is the problem is this case.
Hello data modeling team, I tried the "first" and "after" filter on Query Explorer which enables us to retrieve the query result page by page, it works well.while we have an existing API which enables the consumer to specify an "offset" and a "limit" parameter. by the offset, the consumer could retrieve records at any specific page without the need to always go though from the beginning and then retrieve page by page, it's like the skip and limit syntax in mongodb, for example, db.myCollection.find().skip(200000).limit(50).we want to keep the API behavior so no modification needed for existing consumer, while we do not want to simulate the offset behavior by retrieving page by page within our own API since it will be very low efficient when there is a big dataset, so is it possible to provide the offset supporting in Cognite ? or any suggestions/methods we could try to implement this ? It seems I can create an edge with any type. In the code example below, the externalId of the “type” is set to “xxx” when calling POST Add edges, which should not exist. However, the edge was added successfully. Since the backwards pagination is not supported and hasPreviosPage will remain false always. We are displaying page numbers and clicking on a number will fetch respective data. This is working fine when moving forward (next)We need solution for moving backwards in sequence or jumping to a certain page. Please suggest...
I created a set of timeseries via the API. The Python examples do not show how to include an externalId nor do they say one is really needed. Looks like they need one, otherwise they don’t work in Charts. That’s all fine. My problem now is to add the externalId to existing timeseries.I think the right way to do this is with a transform, but I can’t get it right. I can get it to preview correctly, but it fails when I run it.My transform is:Select name as name, concat(name,"123") as externalIdfrom `_cdf`.`timeseries` where dataSetId = 8883655420989208;The error is Request with id 2463250f-1635-9a05-aa9a-709366e80349 to https://westeurope-1.cognitedata.com/api/v1/projects/rok-buandcollaborators-53/timeseries/update failed with status 400: Time series not found. Missing externalIds: [Tank-401-01-TT123].Looks like it’s trying to query for the timeseries with that externaId when I’m trying to set the externalId. How do I get it to set the value?

Hi, everyoneI'm trying to load sequences using Python SDK by inserting dataframes. In the dataframe, I have some columns with NaN and numeric values. Dataframe: and when loading NaN values, they are uploaded as 'null'. I've tried replacing them with empty strings, but due to the column definitions, if I have numeric values, the column's data type must be Double or Long, and conflicts arise when encountering empty strings.This is the code to load a sequence: Results in CDF using Python SDK: However, when loading the sequence via DB-Extractor, empty strings are uploaded as such and not as 'null' Is there any way to load via SDK so that NaN values are uploaded as empty and not 'null'? Hi,Currently we have a limit on the POST models/instances where we only allow to post 1000 instances at a time.This operation is currently limited to 1000 nodes and/or edges at a time.Normally between the instances there are dependencies so it is not very easy to split the request to multiple calls.
