Hi.

I want to try out the AI feature in jupyter notebooks, and keep getting an error message that doesn't help much. Even with the most basic prompt I could think of, the response is "something went wrong, please try again".

Any idea what may be causing this?

@Kristian Nymoen it was not completely enabled on the qa and prod projects (was enabled on dev). It’s should be completely enabled on qa and prod as well. Could you please test and confirm? Thanks for your patience.

@Kristian Nymoen I tried to do the same thing but I was able to generate the code. Can you please try again using an incognito window?

Thanks. Sadly, same result in an incognito window. Could I be missing any capabilities? Or could there be any missing project settings?

I now see that I get similar results when using copilot search, and the document summarization in canvas doesn’t work anymore. (All of this used to work, although there were some hiccups in the start.)

My collegaues experience the same issue.

@Anders Hafreager any idea about this issue?

Certain clients have chosen to opt-out of AI features. I believe that thus is the reason why it fails. I’ll register an issue for the fact that the feature is not disabled in the ui in this case.

Thanks @Lars Moastuen. But I know for certain that we have not opted out. We had this activated on all our CDF-projects 30th october, and it has been working until recently.

Thanks. I can confirm that it works now!
