Access to a technical resource from Cognite

Need access to a technical resource from Cognite to discuss access control on checklists in Infield 2.0.

Could someone from a technical side set up a meeting with us?

Thank you for your assistance.

@Jan Sverre Brurok can you please elaborate more on the question or the issue that you are currently having? Also can you please let me know whether you have been in contact with the team in AkerBP responsible for the InField 2.0 rollout?

Hi Mithila,

I previously reached out to Cognite Infield PM for a technical resource, but this is not directly related to the rollout. Instead, it's about an additional feature we’re adding that requires setting up access control for a given discipline in Infield 2.

In the ApmAppData data model, checklists have an assignedTo property, where we can specify which users can view a checklist. For example:
assignedTo = [user_id1, user_id2], where user_id might look like xCAUhBz2KVPzGTgFBFTg6Q.

Our question is:
Is it possible to create a user_id that includes all users who have selected a specific discipline in Infield?
For example, if users have selected the "Automation" discipline, can we assign assignedTo = [Automation_id] so that everyone in that discipline has access?

Any guidance or documentation you could provide on this would be greatly appreciated.
