Ability to create a checklist that requires the involvement of multiple roles/people

Thank you for the feedback ​@Andrew Montgomery - could you please elaborate a bit more on this request? Currently you can assign a checklist to multiple disciplines and/or people.

I think the opportunity to improve this function would be for the checklist to be more dynamic. Currently...you are correct, multiple people can be assigned to a checklist. The problem is each person cannot see what the other is doing without constantly refreshing the page. We would like for one person to see in real time when the second person completes a task on the checklist to eliminate confusion and double work. ​@Andrew Montgomery please correct me if I’m talking out of turn.
