Ability to Embed Images in InField Checklist and Template items

Hi @Marcela Young ,

If I understand this request correctly you need to upload an image to a checklist. If it is correct, you can upload an image to a checklist as follows.

1. Click on the three dots to open the menu
2. Select upload image

We need to have ability to add a picture as part of Add Item while building a Template. We should simultaneously consider the option of a short video too. So when someone new to doing the rounds start to use the checklist created from those templates (with picture/video added to the description of the line item), it greatly helps them locate (or double check) they are at the correct instrument, vessel, location etc. as described in the line item. The feature that currently exists is to capture pictures in the checklist, while going through and filling a checklist.

This is actually something we’ve seen the need for before, and if I understand you correctly this is similar to the feature request here? 

We are planning to have support for this in the Templates creator, most likely during Q2. (cc @Nicklas Lind )

@Dilesha Kodithuwakku - no, the request is more of what @Kristoffer Knudsen and @rsiddha described. The need for the ability to embed images and video as a template creator. 

@Kristoffer Knudsen - yes - looks like that is similar to what we’re asking. @rsiddha brought up a great idea to have video embedded as well - I agree this could be very helpful for both technicians performing maintenance and for new process operators.

We have discussed this internally with Ram and agree this is a medium priority for Celanese.

Hello team, this is a big priority for Forli now, we would like to ask to proritize this item as it should be a simple improvement that can be a big benefit for all the sites!

We would also like to see this extended to be able to use 3D models/scenes within the checklist in addition to images and video. 3D Scenes will allow our users to better interact and understand the checklist, especially new operators.

This can be split off if needed into new idea.
