Can anyone elaborate on what causes this exception to be raised?

@Mithila Jayalath  I am not able to log in to support.cognite.com. It asks for a code from authenticator, but I don’t have that account in the authenticator. And I need to use MFA to log in and change the MFA settings. Can you reset something for my account so I can configure MFA correctly?
