Cognite Academy has introduced training credits. From 1 December 2023, the fundamental-level offering to get started with Cognite Data Fusion is available for free, while the role-based technical offering for data engineers and data scientists is available for purchase with training credits.

What are training credits?
Training credits are codes that can be used when purchasing training content, such as learning paths and seats on live virtual training events on Cognite Academy. Contact your company’s training manager or Cognite liaison for your training credit code. If you would like to purchase training credits, contact your Cognite customer success manager or academy@cognite.com.
On the learning path page, click Access with training credits.
On the checkout page, enter the credit code and click Apply. If the credit code is accepted, click Purchase to complete the transaction. How can I buy training credits?
Contact your Cognite customer success manager or academy@cognite.com who can help your company build a training plan.
How long can I access the learning paths I have purchased?
When you purchase a learning path with training credits, your keep your access to all the content in the learning paths, including new courses we might add to the purchased path, as long as you keep your user account on Cognite Academy.
How can I see my training credit balance?
Email support@cognite.com with your training credit code. They’ll share your remaining balance.
My training credit code doesn’t work. What do I do?
Email support@cognite.com with your training credit code and the content you’re trying to purchase, together with any screenshots or error message. They’ll be at your assistance.
