How do training credits work?

Training credits are codes that can be used when purchasing training content, such as learning paths and seats on live virtual training events on Cognite Academy. Contact your company’s training manager or Cognite liaison for your training credit code. If you would like to purchase training credits, contact your Cognite customer success manager or academy@cognite.com.

1. Click the tile of the learning path you want to purchase from the Cognite Academy catalog.
2. On the learning path page, click Access with training credits.
3. On the checkout page, enter the credit code and click Apply. If the credit code is accepted, click Purchase to complete the transaction.

   

   Note: if you are the training manager, you can also purchase learning path for others in your organization by checking the box for This purchase us for someone else.

Contact your Cognite customer success manager or academy@cognite.com who can help your company build a training plan.

When you purchase a learning path with training credits, your keep your access to all the content in the learning paths, including new courses we might add to the purchased path, as long as you keep your user account on Cognite Academy.

Email support@cognite.com with your training credit code. They’ll share your remaining balance.

Email support@cognite.com with your training credit code and the content you’re trying to purchase, together with any screenshots or error message. They’ll be at your assistance.
