As a shift Captain I would like the option to filter for only Not Ok within the checklist before I approve it. I am only interested in reviewing those items and address them as needed. This will save time and human error from scrolling to find the Not OK ones (and see the comments and images attached.
You should be be able to filter on any one of the states (e.g. To Do, N/A, OK, Not OK, etc)
Definitely great feedback. Will bring this to the team as part of our ongoing work on improving the checklists.

It’s on our radar, we have some design ideas for it and it’s something we want to tackle (hopefully) early next year.

In InField 2.0 you can filter on Checklist “status”, allowing you to e.g. see everything that is “not ok”.
