Document Classification within 3D Scenes Results

Within a 3D Scene, a user may click on a 3D Asset to see related data. In the popup that appears, related Files are listed in no particular order or method of grouping. This request is two-fold:

  1. Users should be able to view Files grouped by document type (Electrical, P&ID, etc). These groupings should also appear as a rollup (i.e. you should be able to collapse or expand the list of Files under P&ID)
  2. The popup should also show details related to both File Name and Description

Great input. We are updating the designs for the detail card in 3D, adding it as a side bar instead of popup over the model view. This will enable more space to do a better filtering of content related to an object, including files. Though to be able to the filtering we are dependent on the document classification. This is being developed as we speak. Will update when we are enabled to do work on this.

When we release in Q4 the files should be grouped by document type in the preview card for 3D.
