On behalf of AAS Unit and LDR unit at Clear Lake:

As a process expert and a loading/shipping expert at Celanese, I need to be able to input text as an answer/to complete the ToDo to capture information for the day’s work.  This information should be able to write back to CDF for reporting/dashboard purposes as well.

(if this is captured elsewhere, please let me know)

Thanks @Crystal Connor Richards !

ToDo = Checklist in this context I presume? So, if I understand correctly, when completing items in a checklist the user would like the ability to write-back a string to CDF capturing the information on what was done on the particular checklist item?

Also, do you have any insights on what the user needs to further report on?

Br,

Kristoffer

@Nicklas Lind will have some context on this one for Acid South from his visit.

Loading & Shipping unit. They do a checklist for each load that goes out on a truck per day. They fill in the product, the customer, the amount of product, etc… They send out approx 8 trucks per day and this is all on paper. It sits in a binder and is only needed if there is an issue and then they pull the document. If they could grab an iPad to do this work then the office could see the status of trucks in realtime and they wouldn’t need to keep a big paper binder for years upon end.  Hoewver, the only inputs to InField are comments and if there are approx 45 inputs then that would be a lot of clicking  and users would revert back to paper.
