As a user of InField I need a process of handling out of tolerance observations. I want to be informed that the there is an out of tolerance observation, and I want to be able to alert others.

(Cognite somewhere) User selects the type of incident Health & Safety Fire / Explosion Environmental Selection results in; Opening an instance of the relevant Checklist Checklists need to be site specific (for example the Fire authorities are different for each site) Triggering an alert message to the respective TEAMS channel (where team members are defined & emergency response teams can manage their own membership, therefore no need to define team members in Cognite) TEAMS Channels must be configurable on a per site basis
As a user of Monitoring Capabilities in CDF I want to be able to set up rules for when an alert is to be shared, and who it is to be shared with. By having this I can make sure that the critical altert are being communicated and that less critical alerts are not.
