I would like to know what to fill in BI to be able to connect on CDF. I tried to use that how on the course, but gives a error to add the organization name.

From the screenshot you shared you are using the new Cognite Power BI REST connector, which was just released in Beta in Power BI Desktop.
The existing Cognite Academy courses are based on the Cognite Power BI OData connector, which is also available in Power BI Desktop. A new and updated course using the new Power BI REST connector will come later this year.
