Maintain - improved collaboration, productivity, and visualization
Planners meet several challenges in their everyday work, including collecting and keeping track of which data to use, finding opportunities to execute additional work orders, and optimizing the productivity of available resources. Maintain 2.0 offers users a significantly improved collaboration experience, including sharing and commenting functionality. To improve productivity, work orders can now be mapped to different grid areas in the two-dimensional layout diagrams, in addition to enhanced automation of creating plans. We are also introducing improvements on how to visualize activities, with the choice of highlighting and sequencing them directly in the plan or Gantt chart itself, in two-dimensional layout diagrams, or 3D models representing the facility. A new overview of resource allocation over time will also help planners and coordinators in optimizing their plans.
