We would like the option to scope `functions:write` and `functions:read` to a dataset.
Currently it is not possible to scope the `functions:write` capability. The downside of this is that a developer can accidentally delete all Cognite Functions in a project. This can be critical if it occurs in the production environment, which is possible today.
