The limit of 10,000 items for subqueries in the SDK Query method makes pagination extremely costly. We believe this limit should only apply to the select output.

Supporting arbitrary size result sets in subqueries would unfortunately easily lead to subqueries being too costly to process in a timely manner. This is just a consequence of the nature of graph queries. If the 10,000 item limit for a subquery is an issue, we suggest making that subquery the "main query" and paginate it separately.
