Auto-created checklists

Our plan is to expose the list of available “Templates” on mobile, allowing users to easily create unique Checklists as needed on the mobile device. That would mean that i user X sees that there is a finished Checklist, they can just create a new one directly there in the field. 

Would that solve your use case? 

​@Kristoffer Knudsen this proposed solution could work, but it isn’t the best user experience. They would need to set the current checklist to done, then go back to templates page, browse for the correct template, create the checklist (adding the dates and assignment).

This adds extra steps for a potentially automated task, it also adds an error possibility by selecting the wrong template, setting the wrong dates or misassigning it.

I recently got feedback from another Celanese site, Lanaken, expecting a similar feature. They do have processes that happens multiple times a day, but not on a fixed quantity, it can change from 5 to 12 repetitions throughout the day. Having the auto-created checklists would be a big improvement on the user experience and worker productivity.
