As a user I want to have an improved search to include components of the string and not only the start of a string.
Hello! Thanks for posting here. Have heard this a few times and it is something we want to enable.
There are some tradeoffs between the current approach and the one which would give you what you are looking for.
Suggest we have a discussion on this in an upcoming design session.

As Marius wrote, we have seen this wanted behaviour a few times across different user profiles and it is great that you raise it! Thank you.
