Please in the search area, we should create another tile to display Lab data associated to the tag we are searching. This is a key data needed out in the field for decison making e.g. what was the last particulate count in the lube oil from the compressor, or what is the quality of acid in the last sample point from the vessel. These things are as important to work orders, notifications, documents and 3D.

It would be wise to create a configurable screen for search and have tiles that we can choose to display.

Hi Ibrahim, thanks for your input. What is Lab data - is Lab a source system that you have?

The source system is Sample Manager. This is being planned for integration to CDF in the next few months and I am giving you a heads up as this was a requirement from our users in the unit operations.

Right ok. What’s the format of this data, is there any reason why it can’t be displayed as a document?

we talked about the ability to surface data from CDF on infield beyond just documents, work orders, notifications etc. We need Infield to show Lab, Incident data etc

Hi @ibrahim.alsyed - thanks for reaching out.

As discussed in our session in November, we are currently planning to look into surfacing lab & incident data in Q2. In general, if the data is in CDF it should be fine, but we still need some more insights into the data structure and how it is to be used to ensure repeatability.

Thanks!
