September Edition: Getting Started with Cognite Data Fusion

Cognite Academy offers the "Getting Started with Cognite Data Fusion" online training events each month for customers, partners, and new employees of Cognite. The training consists of three events, organized on consecutive days: 

Day 1: Introduction to CDF
Day 2: Working with CDF: Integrate, Contextualize, and Consume Data
Day 3: Realizing the Value of Industrial Data with CDF

Introduction to Cognite Data Fusion

Learn about the Cognite product offering and services through presentations and product demos. You can attend this training day without continuing to day 2 or day 3. It is mandatory to attend it before attending “Working with CDF: Integrate, Contextualize, and Consume Data '' and “Realising the Value of Industrial Data with CDF ''. Approximate duration: 3 hours.

Working with Cognite Data Fusion: Integrate, Contextualize, and Consume Data

This is a full-day online training consisting of a self-study learning path. First, you will get introduced to "CDF fundamentals" and learn about the basic concepts of data integration, contextualization, and data consumption in CDF. Then, you will continue with the second part of the learning path, "Working with CDF ''. This is a collection of hands-on exercises where you can apply what you learned from CDF Fundamentals and solve a simple case. Approximate duration: 5-7 hours.

Realizing Value of Industrial Data with CDF

This training session consists of informative and individual work sessions. Learn how to realize the value of industrial data by looking at Cognite use cases within smart maintenance and production optimization as well as by leveraging tools like Grafana and PowerBI with Cognite Data Fusion. Approximate duration: 2.5 hours.
