OPC Extractor filter parameter

How can you with the opc-ua extractor read from the server only some specific tags with some parameter in the YML configuration file?
So far with this extractor all tags are sent to CDF.

Thanks for responding, I already saw that documentation, but I don't know what parameter in the yml file I should modify to read a tag from a controller, the following image shows the tag and node of the opc server.

Any idea what parameter to use so that the extractor sends itself:
ns=2, s=PLC.Device1.A252FIT022
