Hi, I have an improvement request of the feature of Charts from a site operator. Could you please improve the displayed significant digits in Charts.We often use Cognite Charts to analyze the operation status of our plant and improve our operation. In Charts, a displayed value on the graph is about 20 significant digits. However, we think we don't need so much significant digits since too much significant digits interfere with our analysis and the significant digits of the output data from DCS is not so much. Could you please add a feature of Cognite Charts to configure significant digits of a displayed value on a graph by ourselves if possible. If it is difficult, Could you please round to four significant digits.
Hi, I have an improvement request of the feature of Infield from a site operator. Could you please improve Infield to use images in checklist.We are creating Infield checklist template which is based on a manual which has been already in use by site operators. A part of the manual shows images to description what to do or what to watch for. However, such images cannot be embedded into checklist in the current version of Infield. We would like to use images in checklist to create a better checklist. Kindly consider this request could be valuable for other Infield users.

We have encountered an issue where our client PC, connected to our internal LAN, are unable to receive video streaming from InRobot application Server when using InRobot application. I am writing to request an improvement to the alert email delivery function.Currently, there is a delay of several minutes between the detection of an alert and the delivery of the alert email. I would like to request a feature that would enable immediate delivery of alert emails as soon as an alert is detected by the system.I believe this improvement would greatly enhance the functionality of Cognite Air, and I would appreciate it if you could consider implementing this feature in the near future.

I am writing to request a new functionality for your Cognite Charts which is related to the line graph feature. Specifically, I would like to see the implementation of a feature that enables the alignment of multiple vertical axis tick marks on the same position.Furthermore, I would also like to suggest the implementation of a feature that allows the alignment of the origin position of multiple vertical axes on the same level.These functionalities would greatly improve the user experience by enhancing the readability and clarity of the line graph data.
