I am writing to request an improvement to the alert email delivery function.
Currently, there is a delay of several minutes between the detection of an alert and the delivery of the alert email. I would like to request a feature that would enable immediate delivery of alert emails as soon as an alert is detected by the system.
I believe this improvement would greatly enhance the functionality of Cognite Air, and I would appreciate it if you could consider implementing this feature in the near future.
Hello thanks again for this feedback on the monitoring solution called AIR that we have today. We have been working on maturing AIR into a more mature product that is a part of CDF and one of the major improvements is the latency time between alerts and the emails being sent out. So stay tuned for more updates!
