Hi @ibrahim.alsyed,Currently the Remote app only works on PCs. The only way to use Remote on a tablet is by using the web, using the server side rendering option. Note that your experience can vary based on your internet connectivity, however. Hope this helps!Carin

Based on the feedback that we’ve gotten over the years from customers, our engineering team is actually currently working on improving end-to-end user search experience in Data Explorer. While we expect to address most of the customer issues through the help of advanced query language and other features (search, filtering, aggregation), we do not plan to provide direct access to the backend Elastic.Hope this helps!Carin

If I am correct, I believe there is already an existing ticket for this error (6326 in Zendesk), as you have reported this before, where we have asked you to provide a bit more information.
