Thank you for reporting a bug. If I am correct, I believe there is already an existing ticket for this error (6326 in Zendesk), as you have reported this before, where we have asked you to provide a bit more information. Could you please have a look and reply to that ticket directly? If any escalation to engineering is necessary, Support will do so with the relevant people involved. 

If this is a different case, please let me know. 

Could I also ask you to report any bugs straight away to support@cognite.com in the future? You are welcome to CC anyone you would want to keep informed in any tickets you open with Support.
