Hi, Martin! Thanks for posting, keep em coming. Planned for the release after next release.
Hello Thanks for sharing these user stories, this is great. Facilitating collaboration in the planning process is an area we very much want to contribute.
Hi, Martin Thanks for posting here! We are working on this feature atm - planned for next release.
Yeah, makes sense. Some of these files you might get through having access to attachments on work orders and notification. For the once you don’t, uploading these to a canvas or canvases and linking these canvases to work order is currently in scope. You think this could be a feasible solution to start?

Thanks @crgomez13! Would any of these documents be interesting to contextualise for future use?We want to make the most of a reusable data model by organizing relevant data for reuse. However, I also recognize the need to occasionally add things on the fly.
Thanks for logging this @crgomez13!
Thanks for logging this @crgomez13! Supporting planners with easy access to relevant context to create high quality plans is in scope, and this specific ask is on the roadmap.
On second thought, there should also be an option to click the eye button on the work order, gets you there in two clicks. Let me know how that works!
Got it. My current take is that we should focus on areas where multiple data sources can come together to improve this workflow, which is typically where we see pain points too - detailed planning being one of them, and that we write back as a result of having improved the workflow (alleviating the user having to jump systems).Would be great to discuss this further in more detail!
Ah, understood. Yes, flicking between the lenses without having to find the location related documents through the inspector will be supported. In the mean time you should be able to configure document types such that it is easier to locate the 2D location diagrams, this is supported today. Thanks for the screens and mark-up, super useful, please keep them coming!
Ok, great. Would welcome any feedback on how we could improve once they have had a chance to test it out!
Hello @Liv Hagen! This is a much requested feature and part of Maintains strategy to support. Curios to hear more about the writeback scenarios voters here would be most interested in!
Hello @rsiddha, thanks for sharing! There is an option today using the activities export (see below) which you can upload to excel. The export is a .csv file you then need to use the text to columns feature in excel to get it usable. Could this work as a start? BRMarius
Hello Abram, thanks for reaching out!Understanding a plan, or plan of plans, from a 2D perspective is certainly within the realm of Maintain. What type of 2D are we talking here? Today we support 2D diagrams e.g. such as plot plans found under the canvas button. Depending on your use case and the state of you 2D diagrams we can also work with you to make them smarter e.g. identifying zones in plot plans.Curious to here more what you are looking for here!BRMarius
