failed to log in fusion.cognite.com

Hi Team,

I am trying to connect to fusion.cognite.com in order to complete online training “Cognite Data Fusion Fundamentals” hand-on project. I was not able to log in and my Authenticator mobile app does not received any code/notification about this log-in request. I was able to using Authenticator to log in my company website under incognito mode successfully. I have tried to clear my window cookies.

Try again @Li Ma , I’ve revoked your MFA so you will have to re-register it for our Hub tenant

Hi @Li Ma 

Is there no other way to confirm, such as through a phone call or by messaging?

When this happens to me, I usually request confirmation via a phone call.
