Setup the device for MFA


Hi,

I am setting up MFA on my new device and going through this

The images are missed in this, can you please help me to send the details.

I’m sorry for the late response. I have reset your MFA. Can you  please try again to login to Cognite Hub. Then you will be redirected to the MFA setup screen. If you come across any issues, feel free to get back to us. The video here will also be helpful.

Thanks @Mithila Jayalath . I can access hub and zendesk with MFA. I wanted to access azure portal as well with same method, but I don’t see that is working. In azure portal, organization name is “SLB by Cognite” which I am trying to access, we may need to reset MFA for that as well. Can you please confirm and do the needful?
