Hi @crgomez13 - we found a solution for this on Android some time ago. So for the field devices you are using I believe the auto-refresh should have been disabled. Could you please verify?Br,Kristoffer
Hi @dalvaniamp - thank you for reaching out! “Search” within a Checklist, which is built to more easily navigate large checklists, is already planned for development and estimate to be available in July. Br,Kristoffer
Hi @Bruno Muniz Nicacio - thanks for reaching out. As we briefly discussed in our call, one way to solve this use case is to add multiple “check item” to the task. See my example in the screenshots below. Does this solve your need? -Kristoffer
Hi @Satoshi Yamada - I realized that this feature request was never updated to “implemented”. We do support Time Series with “direct children” and “relationships”.
Hi @crgomez13 - cleaning up some old requests. In InField, these two views are currently separated, meaning that the process team captains won’t see the work order checklists in their overview. We also restrict “approval” for those that are checklist admins. Is this request still relevant?
Hi @ibrahim.alsyed - cleaning up some old feature requests. In InField you can now find all historic checklists and entries in the “Overview” page, not only limited to one year of data. With Cognite Charts you can use the manual rounds datapoints to track exceedances. We will also add additional filtering options in the “Overview” page to highlight the exceedances, but as we already have additional feature requests on this subject I’ll mark this one as “implemented”.
Hi @rsiddha - thanks for reaching out. This item is still planned for development, but not currently prioritised. Could you elaborate a bit more on why this is a “blocker” for you? Br,Kristoffer
Hi @Rani Supriya - thanks for your feedback. With “specific jobs” are you then referring to seeing e.g. work orders in 3D? Meaning that it would already be populated based on the data in the source. Or do you expect users to create/add these themselves in 3D? Br,Kristoffer
Hi @Bruno Muniz Nicacio - using the “task conditions” we have available in InField today and then specify in the message that the user should add “a note” (and capture the action they took there), would that be sufficient for this use case?
Hi @Bruno Muniz Nicacio - thanks for this feedback. So are you expecting to make adjustments in several Templates at the same time? I would assume that it make sense to edit one Template at a time, and therefore just move them to Ready one at at time once you’ve done editing?
Hi @Christoph Reuter - thanks for this feedback. I agree that it would be very beneficial to share the direct link to a Template, adding this to the roadmap. Br,Kristoffer.
Hi @rsiddha & @Hunter Beck, thanks for brining this forward. In the next release of Cognite InField, users can add additional columns with activity data in the “Overview” table, which means that if “SAP Work Order number” is an attribute on the activity (which I assume it will be) users can bring this data in as it’s own column. This data will then also automatically be filterable and searchable, and end users can save multiple different views of this table and choose what to see by default. See an example screenshot below. I believe this will solve your use case, but please let me know if you have additional insights.
Hi @Rani Supriya - could you elaborate a bit more on your struggle here? Are you unable to create “disciplines”?
Planned for development→Implemented
Hi @estanko - this is already developed and available for selected Celanese sites, so I will update this request.
Hi @crgomez13 - just following up on this one. On access permissions the plan is that “checklist admins” would be the only ones allowed to “delete” a checklist, we hope that makes sense for your use case. Br,Kristoffer
New→Gathering Interest
Hi @Bruno Muniz Nicacio - sorry for the late response, but just wanted to let you know that we’ve captured this request and will evaluate it. Br,Kristoffer
New→Implemented
Hi @Joanna Wiedmann, thank you for reporting this. We’ve updated the functionality here just now, such that users don’t need to change language every time they log in. Br,Kristoffer
Hi @Benjamin A Onweni @Isabel Villegas , sorry for the late reply. This one has not yet been prioritised. Could you share a bit more on why this is a need? E.g. are you always trying to move a certain task component on top (e.g. “check item” should always be above “numerical reading”)? Understanding a bit more of the underlying need would help us prioritise. Thanks! Br,Kristoffer
@Benjamin A Onweni @crgomez13 These checklist templates/procedures per equipment/equipment type is on the roadmap, and we do want to have the available from the “asset/ data explorer” when looking at a specific asset. Search & filtering in a checklist, my second point above, is also on the roadmap. Currently planned for our June release. Br,Kristoffer
Hi @Liliana Sierra - thank you for providing this feedback. Are you here referring to an improvement/feature request in the ODBC extractor or the Sequence API? Just so I can assure that the appropriate product team gets back to you :) Br,Kristoffer
Hi @Marcela Young ++The “tasks conditions” feature mentioned above was just released, which will e.g. allow you to give a message “add a note” message to the user based on the task condition. See the full release notes in the link below. Curious to hear how this can solve part of your needs on this topic. Br,Kristoffer
Hi @Liv Hagen - InField just released a new version and one part of this is a feature called “task conditions”. With this you can specify actions you would like the user to take depending on the condition of the tasks, e.g. if the task is “not ok”. See the full release notes in the link below. I wonder, how does this solve your use case above? Br, Kristoffer
