Hi Team,

I am trying to login into Cognite Support Portal (https://cognite.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/). I am not able to enable MFA for my account using Microsoft Authenticator. Please help me with the steps to do this.
I am getting below window while trying to login, but not getting any code on my mobile Authenticator app.

I have reset your MFA. Can you try again? 

 


How can reset the MFA.? I have already reinstall MFA.


@Rani Supriya Dilini has reset your MFA from our end. Try to login again to Cognite Support Portal so you can re-register for MFA.
