This discussion is linked to the course Industrial Canvas

Cognite’s Industrial Canvas provides a digital whiteboard where contextualized data from various sources can be gathered in a single space. Data such as P&IDs, time series, assets, and events can be imported from a CDF project into the canvas. Having all relevant data in a single digital workspace removes the dependency on manual workflows and opens the door for efficient collaboration between engineers!

Think about your everyday workflow, what tasks do you think can be done more efficiently when using Industrial Canvas? Do you often need to gather troubleshooting data into one canvas for easier analysis? Maybe you often need to view timeseries in collaboration with a remote colleague? Share your thoughts with us and get inspired by people from different domains explaining how they would use Industrial Canvas in their everyday work!

Hi Omar,

Can you share any demo video on this?

The link you have shared “https://learn.cognite.com/industrial-canvas” - which path does this course belong to? I could not find it under any path or “Upskill Yourself” courses. Thanks!

Hi Ravi,

The course belongs to the Domain Expert Basics learning path. Can you find it there?
There is a demo in the course, have you found it?

Please let me know if there is something you’re unable to find.

Regards,

Omar

Hi Omar, found it (in DS Basics), thanks!

There is this course on Cognite python SDK (https://learn.cognite.com/introduction-to-cognite-python-sdk) which is referenced in ‘Learn to Use the Cognite Python SDK’ course in Data Engineer path. Where is this course (intro to cognite python sdk) originally from, I mean the path or role and are there any such more courses which are there but not listed in Data Engineer, Data Scientist or Domain Expert path (or Upskill section)?
