Are you still encountering the same problem, or has the issue been resolved?
Yes, I was able to solve it, it was a problem with the yaml file. The DB extractor does not run the service if it has the slightest error in the file, which did not happen to me with the PI extractor or the OPC extractor, the service does mail even if it does not have the YAML file configured.
