Thank you @Juan Alvarado for letting us know & pardon for this e-hiccup as we’ve set up it according best practices, yet we missed out to 2-check outside of Cognite environment to validate it.
We’ve learned now that we should disable editing & limiting on Google Workspace Forms unfortunately to have it open to the 🌎. Now you’re more than welcome to submit your response 🙏
