During discussions with user and customers, we realize they want to be in control of the information displayed, especially in tables. They are not necessarily happy with the default and fixed column selections.Currently, column selections are mostly set in stone while the user may want to access specific metadata/native attributes.To bring the control back to the user, shouldn’t any table in fusion UI and charts (and othr applications) support:adding/removing/editing columns select what attribute a column displays (metadata or native) Filter the table by one or more columns content with ==, >, < and include operators Sort the table by one or more columns Group the table by one or more columns Saving the current selection of column/grouping/sorting/filtering between sessions?
In many cases in diagrams including P&ID, there are shortcuts to represent tags, for instance:F2014A/B/C for F2014A , F2014B and F2014C.The contextualization engine in some cases will pick one of the 3 or none at all.Is there a way for the engine to detect trailing slashes and match to multiple tags?See example of patterns below:Example of patterns
Allow for customer to choose their own Configuration of columns rather than the default Cognite view.This would be the new default, after which users can move fields around as they choose as designed.The configuration includes:which column is displayed in the table view what order the columns appear in the width of the columnThis configuration is set by the customer - maybe in a dedicated page on fusion that is customer specific.
We realized that the grouping by “Document type” for files only applies to “Linked files” but not to the other options of the drop down.Can the grouping be applied consistently?
