For the Conditional Messages, it’s also important to have the option to request an answer when the users mark a Not Ok, for example. Usually ‘Not Ok’ answers require some actions to be taken and it’s important to have a field conditioned to that specific status so the sites can be aware about the action that was taken by the users.

Hi@Bruno Muniz Nicacio - using the “task conditions” we have available in InField today and then specify in the message that the user should add “a note” (and capture the action they took there), would that be sufficient for this use case?
