As a user of data explorer I often find myself exploring multiple types of content at the same time and it would be helpful to be able to open the Asset tab in a tab in the browser. Would speed up my exploration process instead of opening another tab with Data Explorer and navigating to Asset from there.

Thank you for providing this feedback. We fully understand that it would be less cumbersome to have the “open in new tab” option, and have therefore added this to our roadmap. Will let you know ones it is developed and shipped!
