Schedule refresh unavailable for Cognite thru Power BI

HI, May i know how to schedule a refresh in Power BI for Cognite as i am facing below error?

When i try to schedule, i see it is disabled for me.

I tried to install the gateway locally as well but it says installation failed.

While establishing the connection with CDF on PBI desktop i get pop-up as third party connector. Does that mean PBI service doesn't support scheduling for Cognite?

Please help.

Have you published this report and Are you the owner of the dataset? The owner should be able to schedule a refresh..there is no need of gateway to be installed.

@Ankit Kumar  Yes, I am the admin of the workspace and have published the report under same workspace.

Not sure why you are receiving this. Is it just with you or with your colleagues as well? Can you publish the report in a new workspace and see if the settings are still disabled? Please remove the gateway what you have tried to installed, its not required.

@Ankit Kumar  Thanks for your reply. Yes i tried recreating new workspace and published however i still see data source and schedule refresh disabled. 

I then installed gateway and could see data source is enabled for me. However i still have issue to authenticate Cognite as data source. I am getting below error. I did request for access however its gone to Microsoft. Are we missing anything to add in Azure portal as part of PBI service since its third party? Do we need any specific access for this web service which needs to be applied in Azure portal or somewhere?

 

Any help is appreciated.
