Hello! You are of course free to add ANSI escape characters to your function logs, but it is up to the program displaying the logs to interpret these characters. Are you wondering if the Fusion UI will add support for interpreting ANSI escape characters? If so, the answer is no, we currently have no plans to add this.Let me know if I misunderstood your question or if you have any follow-up questions.
Hi, Taylor.Yes, that is correct. Recreating simply means first deleting the function and thereafter creating it again. If you’re using the cognite-sdk, that means running “client.functions.delete()” and “client.functions.create()”.
Hi, Anders!Thank you for your request. We think adding the SDK to conda/conda-forge is a good idea, and we have added a github issue for it, which you can follow here.
Hi, Håvard! You’re correct, when using the function_handle argument, the requirements.txt is not included in the function deployment. However, this was also the case when using the experimental SDK. To get your requirements in when using the function_handle argument, you can list your packages in the docstring of the function, as documented beneath he examples here and in this image: I’m not sure why this error occurs. Even though it looks like there are no permission issues, I suggest you try to use the latest version of the SDK - we have made some improvements on how we handle the creation of temporary folders. Yes, both 1 and 2 should work. If option 2 still does not work with the latest SDK, please file a support ticket, and we will try to provide a fix.I hope that helps!
