Hey! I’m Sverre. I work as an instructional designer for Cognite Academy. You may have heard my voice or seen my face in the learning material, as one of my main contributing areas is recording and editing course videos.

My background is in media studies, sound engineering and pedagogy - a slightly different mix of competencies than most of my colleagues have. If you’re facing obstacles of a very technical nature along your learning journey, I’m happy to redirect you to the right person. But if you’re looking for banging beats to rap over, I’m definitely your guy!

My name is Sebastian Marquez, but please call me Seba. I'm thrilled to be part of this community forum and excited to learn from and engage with all of you.

I wanted to share a little about myself and my background. I am a data engineer with experience in the oil and gas industry, where I have focused on extracting value from large datasets on supply chain area. I hold a Master degree on Information Technologies and performed on most of IT (full stack dev, architect, project lead, solution architect, etc.) roles for the past 20 years.

I have always been passionate about technology and its potential to solve complex problems. I see the field of data science as a way to turn data into insights and, ultimately, to drive meaningful change.

I'm particularly interested in the Cognite platform and the potential it has to revolutionize the way businesses approach data. I'm eager to take the training and learn more about the platform's capabilities, as well as how I can use it to help my current employer and future clients.

Looking forward to being a part of this community and learning from all of you!

Hello, my name is Eber Pinto, Project Manager at EPAM, Brazil office. 

I am very passionate about Data and Cloud, and I'm always looking for opportunities to improve my skills and knowledge in these areas. Currently, I'm taking the Cognite Data Fusion Fundamentals course, which is my first step towards learning how to get the most out of CDF.

My goal is to become a skilled data project manager, and I believe that this course is an important part of achieving that goal. I'm excited to learn about how to integrate different data sources, work with time-series data, and develop custom applications on the Cognite platform. I believe that these skills will be invaluable in my future career and will help me tackle complex data challenges.

Overall, I am very enthusiastic about the possibilities in this field, and I am confident in my ability to learn and grow as a data and cloud professional.
